On the 15th, Lee Seung-min’s management company, Ball Media, announced, “Lee Seung-min will participate in the Singha Isan Open, a Thai professional golf tour held at the Singha Park Khon Kaen Country Club in Khon Kaen, Thailand, as an invited player of the Singha Group for four days from the 23rd.”

The tournament will be held with a total prize money of 3 million baht (approximately 110 million won), and the winning prize is 450,000 baht, about 17 million won in Korean money.

Lee Seung-min, who became the inaugural champion at the U.S. Open Golf for the Disabled last year, was invited by the Singha Group through the arrangements of the Thai Embassy in Korea and the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Thailand’s Singha Group explained the reason for the invitation, saying, “I was very impressed by Seung-Min Lee’s victory at the US Open for the Disabled.”

Lee Seung-min, who has been the public relations ambassador for the Korea Autism People’s Love Association since last year, said, “Thank you to the Singha Group for inviting me to the competition and the Thai government for helping me.”
