CJ, who won the club rankings with Lim Seong-jae’s victory in the previous competition, fell to third place. The CJ Golf Team (Kim Min-kyu, Bae Yong-joon, Lee Jae-kyung, Jung Chan-min, Choi Seung-bin, and Kim Min-hui) participated in the tournament and accumulated 99.67 team ranking points. Kim Min-kyu and Lee Jae-kyung tied for 7th place with Na Han-hi, but Jung Chan-min failed to pass the cut, and Bae Yong-joon and Kim Min-hwi also tied for 46th, and had to swallow their regrets.

In the SK Telecom Open, 52 companies sent their players to the tournament, and 19 golf teams sent two or more players.

Meanwhile, independent players such as Lee Seung-taek (single 6th place) and Park Gyeong-nam (joint 11th place) also stood out. It was counted that 48 out of 147 players in this tournament were independent players without a main sponsor contract.
